What is stamina?

Stamina is the ability of the heart and lungs to work together to provide the large muscle groups with oxygenated blood so they can keep working for a long time. This allows the performer to maintain the same pace throughout a long period of play/exercise.

Someone with a high level of stamina will not tire quickly. This means they can maintain high quality movements and skills until the end of their performance.
