Create a homemade colour wheel with a difference.
Try to recreate as many colours as you can using things from around your home or outside in your garden.
You could use handfuls of blades of grass to recreate different tones of green?
You could rub soil from your garden to create different tones of brown?
You could use old makeup colours to blend together and mix new colours?
Are there any leaves left in your garden? What kinds of colour and tones do you get when you rub them onto paper?
What about the foods we eat? What happens when you rub a small amount of tomato ketchup sauce on paper, what kind of red tone does it give us?
What happens if we try and mix some of our found and created colours together?
REMEMBER PLEASE HAVE FUN MIXING AND CREATING AS MANY NEW WAYS TO MAKE COLOURS AS YOU CAN.
BUT REMEMBER TO ASK PERMISSION TO USE ANYTHING MESSY AND ALWAYS TIDY UP AFTER YOURSELF.
